These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Teal’s the Deal Foundation web site(s) located at www.tealsthedeal.org, and all sub-domains linked to tealsthedeal.org or Teal’s the Deal Foundation, its subsidiaries and affiliates. These site(s) is the property of Teal’s the Deal Foundation (Teal’s the Deal). BY USING THE SITE(S), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE(s).

Teal’s the Deal Foundation (Teal’s the Deal) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time for any reason. Except with written prior permission, no part of the Site(s) and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site(s) or other publication or distribution.

You may use information (such as information sheets, awareness materials, and similar materials) purposely made available by Teal’s the Deal Foundation (Teal’s the Deal) for downloading from the Site(s), provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language on such content, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose, and (3) make no modifications to any such information.
